Families First Caerphilly - The Families First Programme provides a range of services to support families, with children aged 0-25, who live in Caerphilly County Borough.

Everyone faces challenges at some time in their lives, so knowing how and where to get help when you need it can make all the difference. Families First aims to support and work with families to help them overcome these challenges.

The Families First Programme makes sure the families’ needs come first. If you and your family need support, advice or guidance, the Families First Programme can help.

Other Information

The school works in partnership with many agencies, including the School Health Nurse, Social Services and the Police Community Liaison Team. Where appropriate, members of these partnership agencies will be invited into school to speak with pupils in classes, groups or occasionally individually.

We send home permission forms each Autumn term which include a request for information about who holds parental responsibility for your child. Our safeguarding information, including pupil-friendly leaflets, is available on our website and communicated through SeeSaw.

Expectations of all Visitors to Ty Sign Primary

All visitors to the school (grounds and buildings) are expected to display appropriate behaviour, with due regard for the health, safety and well-being of pupils, staff and parents / carers. Any visitor to the school premises who behaves in a manner which causes concern, including aggressive, intimidating, inappropriate or threatening behaviour should be reported to the Headteacher.
